Wendy Rodgers

Wendy M. Rodgers, age 60, of Plain City, Ohio, formerly of Brunswick, GA, passed from this life into Eternal life with Christ on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 while at Dublin Methodist Hospital. Born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Robert and Wilda Rodgers, Wendy was also preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Smith and brother-in-law David Hamel. Wendy is survived by her siblings: Richard and Peggy Smith, Edwin and Sandra Rodgers, Lorene Von Driska, Rita Hamel, sister-in-law Patricia Smith, special family friend Evelyn Taylor, and many nieces and nephews that Wendy referred to as “My BIG Family.” Wendy worked at UCO for many years where she had many great friends. She was a baptized Christian and was a member of Hilliard Church of Christ. Family will receive friends from 5:00p.m.-6:00p.m. MONDAY, JULY 18, 2022 at HILLIARD CHURCH OF CHRIST, 4300 Avery Road, Hilliard, OH 43026 where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 6:00p.m. MONDAY. Family burial will be observed at Amanda Township Cemetery, Amanda, Ohio.
