Teddie Faye (Claxon) Kibbey

Teddie Faye Claxton Kibbey, 78, of Plain City, Ohio, formerly of Grayson, KY, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Teddie was born February 2, 1946 in Grayson, KY a daughter of the late William T. and Betty Dolores Claxon. In addition to her parents, Teddie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George F. Kibbey, a daughter Andrea Kibbey, and a brother Thomas N. Claxton. Teddie was a devout Christian. Teddie is survived by her daughters Betty Jane (John) Hawk of Plain City, OH and Teresa Louise (Dale) Thomas of Jacksonville, FL, her precious grandchildren: Jhonda Watts, Jordan Hawk, Andrea Hawk, Joshua Kibbey, all of Plain City, OH, Ilyssa Tomlinson and Sean Thomas, both of Jacksonville, FL, ten great-grandchildren, two sisters Billie Hoffman of Dublin, OH and Saundra (Mike) Brammell of Grayson, and several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family who all mourn her passing.

A graveside service will be held 1:00p.m. WEDNESDAY, JULY 31, 2024 at the East Carter County Memory Gardens with Casey Brammell, officiating. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com.
