Nadine Lewis

Nadine Ellen Lewis, 92, of Columbus, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 18, 2023. She was born November 4, 1930, In Mogadore Ohio to the late Paul and Helen Persons. 

She was a Graduate of Kent State University with a degree in education.  Also, a member of the Chi Omega Sorority.

Mrs. Lewis was a Retired Teacher from the Dublin City Schools. She taught at 1919 building, Old Sawmill, Scottish Corners and Fishinger Rd. Elementary in Upper Arlington.

Enjoyed Bowling, reading and spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her four boys. 

Proceeded in death by her husband, Harry Lewis; Father Paul Persons, Mother Helen Persons; sister Phyllis Teal (Forest), brother Donald Persons (Janie).

She is survived by sons, Jeff (Darlene), Brian (Kim) Gregg (Denean), Eric: Grandchildren, Alec (Arden) Brent, Kate Lewis. Erin (Adam) Johnson, Meredith Lewis. Marie, Max Lewis. Great grandchildren Jayce and Ava Johnson.

 "Celebration of Life" will be held on Thursday February 9th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Tidd Funeral Home, Plain City/Dublin 9720 State Route 161 Plain City, Ohio 43064.
