June Dorothy (Miller) Conti, age 92, passed away peacefully, at home, on Sunday, January 30, 2022, with family and friends surrounding her in love. June is now at peace in the loving arms of our Lord.
Preceded in death by the love of her life, Romano, her husband of 68 years; June is survived by her 4 children, Deborah (Michael) Newman, George (LeeAnn) Conti, Richard (Theresa) Conti, Julie (John) Chapman; 9 grandchildren, Michael (Lizzy), Catherine (Jordan), Christina (Mason), Justin (Cristina), Natalie, Jarrad, Alex (Kristen), McKenna, and Jacob; and 7 great-grandchildren, Capri, Blair, Cannon, Oscar, Meadow, Benjamin, and Jules.
June’s strong faith was an integral part of her life. She was a founding member of St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church. She taught catechism and remained a supportive member of the congregation throughout her 35 years at St. Brigid’s.
June was known for her engaging smile, loving, kind nature and her ability to make you feel special whether you were family, friend, or meeting her for the first time. She was a loving homemaker and always took tremendous pride in her family. Visits from family and friends were the highlight of her day. June was a charter member of Women Today of Greater Columbus holding a variety of positions during her years as an active member. Everyone knew how much June loved flowers, especially her roses. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00p.m. THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2022 at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, DUBLIN-PLAIN CITY CHAPEL, 9720 SR 161, Plain City, OH 43064 (614)-733-0080. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00a.m. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2022 at ST. BRIGID OF KILDARE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7170 Avery Road, Dublin, OH 43017 with The Reverend Monsignor Joseph M. Hendricks and The Reverend Monsignor Paul Enke, Con-celebrants. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Lewis Center, OH.
