Bryan L Bishop, 55, of Grove City, Ohio passed away at the home of his sister (Lori) and her life partner (Jim) on February 5, 2021 with family by his side. Even though Bryan suffered from a cruel illness, he never complained and maintained his great sense of humor until the end. Bryan is survived by his dad (Gary), Mom (Carol), Sister (Lori), Nephew (Justin), aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Bryan was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 28, 1965. He grew up in Grandview Heights, Ohio, graduating from GHHS in 1985. He played saxophone in concert band and banjo in his leisure time. He attended Northwest Career Center, graduating with licenses in Communication Technologies and Fiber Optics. He was employed as a machine Maintenance Technician at American Health Packaging since 2003. Previously he held positions at Team Fishel and Parallel Technologies. In addition to technology, Bryan had interests in hunting, fishing, history, cooking and music. The family remembers Bryan as a kind, resilient, fiercely independent, loyal, patriotic, hardworking individual who loved his family. He became successful in life in spite of personal challenges. He was known for his smile, easy-going nature, and sense of humor. He knew Christ as his personal Savior. No services are planned at this time.
